In this 1 hour beginner-friendly yoga class, we will explore expansive and energizing movement, breathwork, and meditation to help with the "winter blues" and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Props recommended: 2 blocks and a bolster or blanket roll. Note this is not a substitute for medical care.
