Free Pitta Balancing Yoga

In this 45-min beginner-friendly yoga practice, we will use cooling poses, breathwork and meditation to soothe pitta. This class will help with perfectionism, frustration, anger, and rigidity (common pitta imbalances) & will discuss Ayurveda. Recommended props: blocks.
