Join me for this free workshop live on Zoom to explore how yoga and mindfulness can help with pain. This workshop will be movement-based so grab your mat or chair and get ready for some gentle, curious, mindful movement! Along with asana (poses), pranayam (breath), and meditation, I will also discuss concepts from yoga philosophy and modern pain science to help us move with more ease.
