Please join me for a special 4 week series using the tools of yoga to help with stress relief. Saturdays from 10-11am, January 8, 15, 22, 29, 2022.
This special class will include restorative postures, breathwork, meditation, and discussion of yoga concepts for managing stress, creating calm, and starting your weekend off right. Grab your blankets, pillows, journal, tea, candles, lavender, and prepare to destress!
This class is live online via Zoom. If you can’t make it live, recordings will be sent to participants.
