In this 45-min beginner-friendly yoga practice, we will use calming poses, breathwork and meditation to soothe vata. This class will help with anxiety, stress, & spacey-ness (common vata imbalances) & will discuss Ayurveda. Focus on restorative poses so have blocks, pillows, and a bolster or blanket.
