Unwind Wednesdays: Ritual & Restorative Yoga


Please join me for a special 4 week series using the tools of yoga to help you create a calming evening ritual to prepare for sleep. The current pandemic has disrupted many of our routines and the anxiety surrounding it is causing sleep difficulties for many of us. This special class will include rituals, restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation for managing anxiety, creating calm, and helping you drift off into a peaceful sleep. Grab your blankets, pillows, journal, tea, candles, lavender, and prepare to unwind! The class is gentle and beginner-friendly and is live online via Zoom. You don’t have to join all 4 weeks. Each class will be different so join when you can!

This class is donation-based. The suggested donation is $15-$20 per class, but please pay what you can. Please pay via Venmo (caitlin-brown-55). Thank you for your support!

The Zoom details will be emailed to you 30 minutes before the class (so you'll need to register at least 30 minutes in advance). You only need to register once. It will be the same link each week.
