Yoga for Stress Relief (Special 4 Week Series)


Please join me for a special 4 week series using the tools of yoga to help with stress relief. Saturdays from 10-11am, 1/9, 1/26. 1/23, & 1/30/2021. The current pandemic has disrupted many of our routines and caused elevated stress for many of us. This special class will include restorative postures, breathwork, meditation, and discussion of yoga concepts for managing stress, creating calm, and starting your weekend off right. Grab your blankets, pillows, journal, tea, candles, lavender, and prepare to destress! The class is gentle and beginner-friendly and is live online via Zoom. You don’t have to join all 4 weeks. Each class will be different so join when you can!

This special series is donation-based. The suggested donation is $15-$20 per class, but please pay what you can. Please pay via Venmo (caitlin-brown-55), the Cash app ($caitlinb313), or PayPal (caitlinmb@gmail.com, please choose family and friends option). Thank you for your support!

The Zoom details will be emailed to you 30 minutes before the class (so you'll need to register at least 30 minutes in advance). You only need to register once. It will be the same link each week.
