Please join me on Thursday evenings for a 45 minute Slow Flow Yoga class from 5:30-6:15pm. The class will consist of movements that flow with the breath, with some postures held for multiple breaths. Expect a medium-pace and some heart-rate elevating flows. This class will be a great way to burn off stress from your day and help you feel ready for your evening. Some prior yoga experience is helpful but not required. Beginner-friendly options will be given.
This class is donation-based. The suggested donation is $10-$15 per class, but please pay what you can. Please pay via Venmo (caitlin-brown-55), the Cash app ($caitlinb313), or PayPal (caitlinmb@gmail.com, please choose family and friends option). Thank you for your support!
