As the spread of COVID-19 continues, efforts to contain it have led to profound disruptions in many of our lives and contributed to an increase in anxiety for many of us. The Wayne State University School of Social Work invites you to participate in a Community Discussion and Q&A on COVID-19 Anxiety and Ways to Cope on Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 12:00 - 12:45 pm. The discussion will be lead by Wayne State School of Social Work Associate Professor Suzanne Brown and Part-time Social Work Faculty member Caitlin Brown. The event will include a brief meditation session, anxiety discussion, Q&A, and close with yoga/mindfulness tips.
Although this is hosted by the WSU School of Social Work, it is open to all!
