Yoga Classes
Mindful Detroit provides one-time and ongoing yoga classes for the community, your employees, or agency clients. All classes include yoga asana (movements), pranayama (breathing techniques) & short meditation. Styles taught include hatha (beginner), chair yoga, gentle restorative, slow flow & vinyasa. Specialized classes focused on specific conditions or populations also available: Chronic health conditions, burnout, caregivers, trauma, addiction, anxiety & depression, etc.
