Lunchtime Walks: Mindful Meditation through downtown parks


Join me, I3 Wellness and the Downtown Detroit Partnership for a FREE mindful walking group every Thursday at lunchtime all summer long!

What is mindful walking? Mindful walking is an opportunity for contemplation and a quiet pause from a busy day. It is a chance to unplug from our phones and notice the environment around us and the rhythm of our steps and our breath. It is done at a leisurely pace.

The walk will start on the lawn of Campus Martius at noon every Thursday (except July 4) and will walk through various parks downtown.
