Yoga for Anxiety for the LGBTQ+ Community

Are you looking for innovative ways to manage anxiety?  In this time of COVID-19, anxiety is running high and many of our typical supports and community events aren’t being held. As members of the LGBTQ+ community we may also experience anxiety due to discrimination, past trauma, threats of violence or worry about judgment. Yoga can provide many unique, empowering ways to soothe the body and the nervous system and alleviate anxiety.

Join Caitlin Brown, LMSW, RYT 500 for a workshop to explore the tools of yoga to help manage anxiety and create calm. The workshop will be beginner-friendly with options for all levels, live online via Zoom. It will include movements, breathwork, and meditation.
