My workshop: Yoga & Ayurveda for Burnout

Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or burnt out? In this workshop, you will learn carefully curated yoga techniques (movement, breathwork, mantra & meditation) and concepts from Ayurveda to help you feel nurtured, refreshed & energized. The workshop will be a blend of discussion and experiential learning. We will explore how burnout can manifest, what Ayurveda and yoga philosophy can teach us about burnout and how to prevent it, and practice various techniques to transform burnout into vitality and connection. You will leave the workshop with simple tools that you can incorporate into your everyday life to help you prevent and recover from burnout.
